A1: We offer slow charging (AC) and fast charging (DC). Currently, we mainly sell DC fast chargers.
Q2: Which charging point would you recommend for a family car?
A2: We recommend 60kW and 120kW fast chargers. Using a 120kW fast charger, two cars can be fully charged in 40–60 minutes, with 60kW distributed between them simultaneously.
Q3: What type of charging station do you recommend for heavy goods vehicles, and what is the charging time?
A3: We recommend a 320kW unit. Depending on the vehicle’s battery capacity, dual-port charging is used, allowing a full charge in under an hour.
Q4: What are the advantages of your charging station casing? Will it rust?
A4: “The sheet metal workshop we partner with is partly owned by our company and strictly adheres to the processes established by our quality control department.
After grinding, the casings are immersed in a rust-removal bath to ensure every surface is thoroughly de-rusted and de-scaled, leaving no moisture behind. We utilise galvanised sheet metal; the casings are then sent to the curing oven to ensure the paint is applied in a single, seamless coat, mirroring the process used for original car factory paintwork. This process guarantees that the casing will retain a glossy, new finish even after 8–10 years of exposure to the elements outdoors.”
Q5: How effective is the waterproofing?
A5: The waterproof foam sealant used on the casing consists of imported sealing strips, which are applied by robots following a programmed process to ensure a single-pass application with optimal hardness and flexibility.
