Contact & Support

Need help with FrediTech.com, an order, our editorial content, or the FrediTech WordPress Assistant? Use the guidance below so we can route your request correctly.

Contact FrediTech

Email: wiredfred@gmail.com

We review support requests as soon as practical. Please provide enough detail to reproduce or understand the issue, but do not include sensitive credentials.

Website and editorial enquiries

  • Corrections or factual updates to an article
  • Copyright or content-removal requests
  • Advertising and sponsorship enquiries
  • Affiliate or partnership enquiries
  • Accessibility or website usability issues

For an article correction, include the page URL, the statement you believe needs review, and a reliable source where appropriate.

Store and order support

For a FrediTech store issue, include your order number, the email address used for the order, the product name, and a short description of the problem. Do not send full card numbers, mobile-money PINs, passwords, or other payment credentials.

FrediTech WordPress Assistant support

For connection, OAuth, WordPress bridge, media, SEO, WooCommerce catalog, or diagnostic issues involving the FrediTech WordPress Assistant, include:

  • The WordPress site URL you are trying to connect
  • A short description of what you expected to happen
  • The exact error message, if one was shown
  • The approximate time the issue occurred
  • Your browser and device type when relevant
  • A screenshot with private information removed, if it helps explain the problem

Never send FrediTech or support staff your WordPress password, Application Password, OAuth access or refresh token, bridge credential, database password, API key, signing key, encryption key, cookie, or other secret. FrediTech support does not need those values to begin troubleshooting.

Disconnecting the WordPress Assistant

If you no longer want the FrediTech WordPress Assistant connected to a WordPress site, use the app’s disconnect/revocation flow or revoke the FrediTech AI Bridge connection from WordPress. Disconnecting removes the stored gateway connection and attempts to revoke the corresponding bridge token. A disconnected site must be approved again before it can be accessed.
