MediaTek’s commercial platform is the Dimensity 7400. Tecno markets its implementation as Dimensity 7400 Ultimate.

The documented fundamentals line up with MediaTek’s standard 7400:

• TSMC 4nm-class process;
• 4× Cortex-A78 up to 2.6GHz;
• 4× Cortex-A55 efficiency cores;
• Arm Mali-G615 MC2 GPU;
• MediaTek NPU 655;
• Release 16 5G modem.

There is no official MediaTek product page for a separate “Dimensity 7400 Ultimate” silicon SKU with higher clocks. The practical lesson is simple: do not assume “Ultimate” means a faster chip than every other Dimensity 7400 phone.
